If for some some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within one week of receiving your purchase for any of the following, and I will work with you to make arrangements:

EXCHANGE: Buyer is responsible for shipping product(s) back to Lorraine's Cottage in the original condition. The product(s) to be returned must be tendered to shipper within 3 days of making return arrangements with me, and tracking numbers must be sent to me as well. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Product(s) must be returned in original condition. New products will be shipped out within 5 business days of receiving original product in satisfactory condition from Buyer.

REFUND: Buyer is responsible for shipping product(s) back to Lorraine's Cottage in the original condition. The product(s) to be returned must be tendered to shipper within 3 days of making return arrangements with me, and tracking numbers must be sent to me as well. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Product(s) must be returned in original condition. Refund will be sent within 2 business days of receiving original product in satisfactory condition from Buyer.

DAMAGED PRODUCT: Buyer is responsible for taking a picture of the damaged product and sending to info[@]lorrainescottage.com within one week of receiving the purchase. Replacement product will be shipped out within 7 business days at no cost to buyer.
